Earthscape’s iPhone Earth For Your iPhones
During the Where 2.0 Conference 2008 exhibit, several companies were showcasing various technologies and one of it was the latest application developed by Earthscape 
known as the iPhone Earth.
iPhone Earth combines 3D Earth application and iPhone’s accelerometers to allow a user to tilt and rotate the device while viewing the globe. It is definitely an outstanding project by Earthscape having developed a UI that could view and generate images of the earth from various angles.
Two thumbs up for the Boulder, Colorado Company for this. Geez! The earth is getting smaller and smaller, you could already view the earth with the use of an iPhone right in the palm of your hands. I wonder what the developers of Google Earth would say about this? Although the application is still under development using the Apple iPhone SDK, it is expected that once they’ve finished developing the product, it’s said to run under iPhone 2.0.
