DIET

Diet is the sum of food consumed by a person or organism. Dietary are the habitual decisions an individual or culture makes when choosing what foods to eat. Dietary may be more or less healthy, right nutrition requires the proper ingestion, absorption of vitamins, mineral, and fuel in the form of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Dietary habits play a significant role in health and mortality.

It is an unavoidable fact that proper diet has to be accompanied by an age-appropriate, regular exercise program, if the goal is good health and an attractive body. If you want an essential diet, exercise is its essential partner. Dieting provides the fuel but exercise uses that fuel to generate fitness and health.

There are several simple exercises you can begin with, a daily stretching routine of at least 10 minutes before doing any dynamic training. Take a 20 minute walk every other day for those not used to exercise.

Some people will try different fad diets, at least as many nutritional supplements and even all sorts of alternatives. But to let them get exercise can be a real challenge.

We should all know that a balanced diet requires nutrients, including vitamins, in the correct quantities. Deficiencies in nutrients lead to diseases.
