For several months now, Britney Spears has been keeping an unusually low profile. Well, at least low enough so that the paparazzi are left with no choice but to look for other stars to focus their lenses on. A lot of speculations have also been coming out about her “new body”. This time around, there are no secrets; Britney has finally found her groove back.

So what made Britney do the outrageous things she did in the past? Well, we’ll never really know. There were reports, though, that she was suffering from bipolar disorder. Other people say it was her rebellious self that made her do all those crazy stuff. It may also have been the result of her break up with Kevin Federline. Whatever her reasons were, the people around her are just happy that she has bounced back.

Britney’s journey to self-reclamation wasn’t an easy one. Right now, she follows a strict diet that has her eating mostly chicken and salmon. She even ditched an all-time favorite of hers, the frapuccino. Together with a trainer, Britney also does a regular workout routine. She works out five days a week, sometimes in a gym outside her house.

Perhaps one of the biggest factors for Britney’s turnaround is her father. Ever since her father took her under his control, the paparazzi have seen less and less of Britney. People are starting to talk about her on a positive note. And she has gone back to work and began doing what she does best – performing.

Britney has finally dealt with the demons in her life. Her resurgence is the best gift she can give to her children – and to her fans, who have been waiting for a long time for her real big comeback. Let’s just hope that Britney’s story becomes a lesson for everybody, whether he is a paparazzi-worthy subject or not. Now if only Lindsay Lohan can pick up Britney’s cue…
